Visitors during the first two weeks of February enjoy lower rates. (See January 2011 published rate).

Visit during the spring or fall and save.

Rental rates as listed on the RATES page are lower by 28% in the patio/courtyard units compared to our higher winter rates. And they are lower by 20% in the beachfront units when compared to our winter rates for the same space.

Visit in January 2011 and save 25%.

Southwest Florida is balmy and beautiful in January. All full month rentals in January will be discounted by 25%.

Rent for two months and save 10%

If, like many of our winter visitors, you decide to spend two months at Casa del Mar, and spend the time in one apartment, the rent will be discounted by 10%. (Discount in effect any time of the year.)

Stay 8 nights, pay for 7, in a patio unit

This special offer is in effect for many months of the year; it begins the Saturday after Easter and is in effect until December 15th. This special rate is available when booking a week in our patio/courtyard units only. (Not available in gulf front units.) Guests must stay in one unit the entire time.

Stay 14 nights, pay for 12, in a patio or a gulf front unit

This special rate is available from the Saturday after Easter and is in effect until December 15th. Guests must spend the entire time in one unit.
