Memories are made at Casa Del Mar. My memory scrapbook of growing up always happened at Casa. I have been coming to Casa with my family since I was in 6th grade. We have never missed a year. My future husband started joining my family while we were in college. I became engaged at Casa and we spent our honeymoon there. Now, my husband and I have the opportunity to start another book of memories with our son Blake. How exciting to watch him enjoy the pool, the beach and the sunsets

Our first vacation at Casa del Mar was in 1988 and we just love it. We enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, the friendly people, everyone seems to know everyone. We will definately keep coming back.

We have been coming to Casa del Mar with our family since 1982. First with our parents and now with our own children as well. It is the perfect place for kids since the pool is only steps away from our condo and the ocean. It's fun to see many of the same people each year and the condos are great. We love to cook on the gas grills which are so convenient. Golfing is also a fun thing we do every year. We make our vacation at Casa del Mar a family re-union whenever we can.

My wife and I have been coming to Casa del Mar since 2002 except for the year Daniel was born. We love the beach and the sea. Everyone is so friendly here and it is a child friendly place also. Fishing was fun and we caught 21 good size Blue fish right from the shore. The weather was great, the staff was courteous and the accomodations are so close to the pool and beach

The friends we've made, the magnificent sunsets we've enjoyed, the concern and caring of DM and his staff are second to none. Then there is the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful gardens combining to make Casa del Mar a perfect place to relax. These are just a few reasons why we have been coming here for more than 30 years.

We have been coming to Casa del Mar for 6 years and we can always rely on a great vacation....no surprises!
The staff is wonderful and reliable.
We like the fact that there are only two stories and no elevators like some high rises.
Everything is so convenient here....we feel like family.
We have made many friends and simply love the social atmosphere when anyone can enjoy the gathering
by the pool to watch the beautiful sunsets. For the amenities Casa del Mar offers, it is very affordable.

February, 2007 was our first visit to Casa del Mar and we just love it.
Everything is so peaceful and the kids are having a great time. The beach is great, the shells,
the weather, the heated pool.....everything.

It has been 30 years since we started coming to Casa del Mar with our children.
We first stayed at the Holiday Inn until we noticed this two story, beautifully maintained project on the Ocean.
The complex is not too big like some which appeals to us.
We love walking on the beach with our feet in the water.
We also really enjoy the gardens. It just so peaceful and quiet.

We have been coming to Casa del Mar on Longboat Key for 16 years and everything is just right here.
When we arrive it's like coming home. We just love our long, peaceful walks on the beach and the
beautiful landscaping just makes you feel good.
Management and the support team take a personal interest in our needs and comfort and we've never been disappointed.

We have traveled a great deal and been to many places but there is no other place where we
can get this wonderful location and overall level of accommodations. The management staff is outstanding and
the grounds are very clean. Everyone is very friendly and social and we have made good friends here.

We have been coming to Casa del Mar on Longboat Key for a long time.
We have been to places in Naples and Marco Island but this is our favorite!
We love the proximity of the condo to the beach and really enjoy the long stretch of coast line to walk and jog on.

We really look forward to Casa del Mar each year. Everyone is so friendly and the management staff is so responsive when there is a need. The grounds are so well maintained and we just love the view from pool and beach. The picnic deck and gas grills are just fantastic and is where we meet so many wonderful people. Also, we must do some work while we're here and their high speed internet is just great. All this is what keeps us coming back.

I love the comradarie of the people here. They are interesting, lovely and very gracious. I also appreciate the Casa del Mar for the beautiful trees, plants and shrubs that bloom profusely. The beach with white sand, the Gulf with many shades of blue, and the gorgeous sunsets..are absolutely breath taking. The office staff are the best to be found anywhere...they always greet you with a smile and go beyond the call of duty.

It's a family friendly place and they make our kids feel welcome. We all love the large, heated pool and walking the beach. The accommodations are always good and you really can relax as its not crowded.

Longboat Key is one of the prettiest places in Florida and Casa del Mar is beautiful. There are so many kinds of flowers as well as some lemon and grapefruit trees. There's even a cotton tree. We come here several times a year and we really appreciate their flexible rental system which allows us to arrive on days other than Sunday. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Longboat Key has no shortage of restaurants but many nights we prefer not to go out so we'll cook dinner on the picnic deck gas grills.
They are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico so we have seen some breath taking sunsets. Sunsets at Casa del Mar become a real social event and we have made so many friends over the years.

Our stay at Casa del Mar has been superb. From an extremely well appointed Condo to
extraordinary views and spectacular sunsets. The staff was friendly and attentive to ensure our stay
was pleasant and comfortable. Dolphin watching, sea shell hunting, gulls, sandpipers and the smell
of night blooming jasmine...mother nature at her best!
