From Tampa and Tampa International Airport
60.9 miles – about 1 hour 23 minutes

1. Head NE on George J Bean Pkwy toward Airport Access Road (2.1 mi)
2. Take the ramp onto SR-60E (1.2 mi.)
3. Take exit onto I-275-S. You will be on this road for 34 miles. It is partially a toll road.
4. Take exit 5 for US-19S toward Bradenton/Palmetto (.7 mi)
5. Stay to right on Sunshine Skyway/US19 (traveling 2.4 mi)
6. 19 merges into US 41. (do not take bus 41) Stay on US41/301. Take exit for Manatee Avenue (SR64) after crossing bridge. Right turn.
7. Travel Manatee Avenue thru Bradenton about 10 miles to the bridge to the beaches.
8. Cross drawbridge to Anna Maria Island. Turn left at stoplight by Bank of America. Travel 7 south miles or so, until you get to drawbridge. Cross to Longboat Key.
9. Travel south on Gulf of Mexico Drive about 4 miles to Casa del Mar at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive.

From Sarasota/Bradenton Airport

1. Take airport exit to University Parkway.
2. Go approximately ¼ mile to stoplight at US 41-Tamiami Trail. Turn left.
3. Travel 4 miles to Gulf Stream Drive which is a stoplight. Turn right and travel over Ringling Causeway Bridge) and continue on to St. Armands Circle.
4. Follow round-about around and take the exit on your right to Longboat Key.
5. Travel on Gulf of Mexico Drive about 6 miles north to 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive. Arrive Casa Del Mar.

From Orlando, Kissimmee

Take I-4 west to I-75 south. Exit on Manatee Avenue. Head west through Bradenton approximately 10 miles. You will cross drawbridge to Anna Maria Island. At light, turn left onto East Bay Drive. Continue to drawbridge to Longboat Key. Casa del Mar is about 4 miles down on your right, 2 properties south of the Hilton hotel.
